Technical Project Manager
We are currently recruiting a Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic IT Division. The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about project delivery and has an interest in Information Technology. A suitable candidate will have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role and is looking for the next step in his/her career.
This is a fast paced and friendly environment. You will bring with you professionalism, exceptional customer service and communication skills. You will also be confident prioritising a sometimes challenging workload and be cool working under pressure.
We are looking for someone who has technical skills in the below areas and may have come from a previous hands-on technical role encompassing:
To provide customer service and general administration duties on the Converge Service Desk. To provide remote, onsite and workshop IT support to Converge Customers. To assist with and implement projects scheduled by Service Desk Coordinator or a Project Manager.
